Care, expertise and a belief in every child
Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center is a children’s therapy centre on MPS Road, Model Town, Multan, founded and led by speech and language therapist Mahnoor Baloch. It exists so that families here never have to choose between proper, professional therapy and a place that actually feels warm. You get both.
Mahnoor Baloch
Speech & Language Therapist
Mahnoor Baloch is a qualified speech and language therapist and special educator with five years’ experience working with children — autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, developmental delay, dyslexia and speech and language difficulties — and the founder of Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center. She started it around one stubborn belief: that every child, whatever they’re up against, deserves the chance to communicate, learn and belong.
In her years with children here in Multan, she kept meeting the same tired families. Sent from one place to the next, retelling their story each time, never quite finding help that joined up. She built Inclusive to be the opposite of that: one caring place, where speech, behavioural and learning support all work together around a single child.
“I treat every child as I would my own. Progress never comes from pressure. It comes from understanding a child, earning their trust, and walking alongside their parents. That’s what we do here, every day.”
Mahnoor’s qualifications
- MPhil, Special Education — University of Southern Punjab

Her professional profile is public on LinkedIn, so you can check it for yourself before you ever message us.
Mahnoor personally leads every assessment and keeps a close eye on each child’s plan, so parents always know exactly whose hands their child is in.
The specialists caring for your child
Your child isn’t handed to one person with one method. A qualified, multidisciplinary team looks at speech, behaviour, learning and emotional needs together, under one roof.

Not sure which of them your child needs? That’s our job to work out, not yours — but if you’d like to understand the roles first, see what each specialist actually does.
Why one team under one roof matters
Many families who reach us have already been from one place to the next. A speech clinic here, a psychologist there, someone else for behaviour, a school asking for something in writing. Every visit means telling the whole story again, and nobody ever sees the whole child.
In practice that means you tell your story once, the people working with your child talk to each other, and the plan changes as a whole when your child changes. If you want the step-by-step version, read how therapy works here. And if you’re still unsure whether what you’re seeing needs help at all, look through the situations parents most often describe first.
Turning worry into a clear path forward
When you first notice your child struggling, the hardest part is simply not knowing what to do next. Our job is to turn that worry into something concrete: understanding, a clear plan, and progress you can actually see, in a place that feels safe for the whole family. We look after the parents too — on the days it all feels heavy, our little reminders for parents are written for you, not your child.
Compassion first
We meet every child with patience, warmth and respect, the same way we’d want our own child treated.
Truly inclusive
Every child and family is welcome here. We celebrate difference and start with each child exactly where they are.
Professional & evidence-based
Care is led by a qualified speech and language therapist, using methods that are proven to work. No guesswork.
Family partnership
Parents are part of the team. We explain things plainly, coach you, and stay beside you at every step.
Why families across Multan trust us with their children
A qualified, multidisciplinary team
Your child is seen by qualified specialists: a child psychologist, a speech & language therapist and ABA therapists. That means real, evidence-based help, not guesswork.
Everything under one roof
Speech therapy, ABA, special education, child psychology and motor & sensory skills support all sit in one place, so you’re not driving your child from one centre to another across Multan.
Child-led & play-based
Children learn best when they feel safe and they’re enjoying themselves. Our sessions are warm, full of play, and shaped around the child in front of us.
Parents are partners
We explain everything in plain language and send you home with simple activities to try, so the progress keeps going between visits.
An inclusive, judgement-free space
Every child and every family is welcome here. We meet your child exactly where they are, and we celebrate every step forward, however small.
Personalised plans, real progress
No two children are alike, so no two plans are. Each child gets their own, with clear goals we keep reviewing and adjusting as they grow.

Who is Mahnoor Baloch, and what are her qualifications?
Mahnoor Baloch is a qualified speech & language therapist (اسپیچ تھیراپسٹ) and special educator, and the founder of Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center in Multan. She holds an MPhil in Special Education, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Speech & Language Therapy and a BS in Special Education, and has five years’ experience with children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, developmental delay and dyslexia.
Is Inclusive a therapy centre or a special school?
We are a therapy centre, not a school. Your child comes to us for one-to-one sessions — speech and language therapy, ABA and behaviour support, child psychology, special education and motor and sensory skills work — and carries on at their own school or nursery. We explain your child’s plan in plain language so you can share it with their teachers.
Do I need a diagnosis or a doctor’s referral before I contact you?
No. You can come straight to us, and most families do — with nothing more than a worry and a few examples of what they’re noticing. If your child already has a diagnosis or sees a paediatrician, bring what you have and we’ll work alongside them. If a diagnosis is new and you’re not sure what happens next, start with our guide to what to do after a diagnosis.
Are there female therapists, and can sessions be in Urdu?
Yes to both. Our founder and speech & language therapist Mahnoor Baloch and our two ABA therapists, Atika Zainab and Noor Fatima, are women; our clinical and child psychologist is Muhammad Salman Afzal. Sessions and parent coaching run in English or Urdu, whichever is easier at home.
The centre is new — how experienced is the team?
Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center opened in Multan in 2025, but the team did not start then. Between them our therapists bring 5+ years of hands-on work with children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, developmental delay, dyslexia and speech and language difficulties. Mahnoor personally leads every assessment, so an experienced pair of eyes sees your child first.
Who will my child actually see?
Mahnoor leads the assessment herself and keeps oversight of your child’s plan. From there your child works with the specialist whose area fits their goals — a speech and language therapist for talking and clarity, an ABA therapist for behaviour, focus and routines, our psychologist for emotions, assessment and family guidance. The plan is shared, so they are not working in separate boxes.
What if you don’t think my child needs therapy?
Then we’ll say so. Some children are simply doing things in their own order and at their own pace, and telling you that is part of an honest assessment. If that’s the outcome, you’ll leave with the specific things to watch for, simple ways to help at home, and an open door if anything changes. We would rather lose a booking than sell you sessions your child does not need.
Can I visit and meet you before I book anything?
Yes. Call, text or WhatsApp +92 314 6040262, come and see the rooms, meet the team and ask whatever you want to ask. Your first conversation is free and there is no obligation to book. We are at MPS Road, Block A Model Town, Multan (near Bloomfield Hall School, Street No. 2), open Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Have a question about your own child rather than about us? Our full parent FAQ covers speech, autism, ADHD, behaviour, learning and what therapy actually involves.
