Pakistani families in the Gulf often cannot find a child therapist who speaks Urdu at an hour that fits a shift. Care is mostly private, insurance is uneven, and school inclusion teams (KHDA, ADEK, SPEA and their neighbours) want English reports. We coach from Multan on video. We are not a DHA, DoH or SCH licensed clinic in your emirate or city.

Country pages: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain. Cities include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Doha and Kuwait City — all online only. The worldwide hub is help worldwide.

Why Gulf families message us

  • The child is in an English or Indian-curriculum school and quiet in class, and talking at home in Urdu
  • A paediatrician in Dubai or Riyadh mentioned speech or behaviour and the wait for a private centre is expensive
  • One parent is on a construction, healthcare or hospitality roster; weekday clinic hours are impossible
  • The family expects to move again — Pakistan, Canada, another Gulf posting — and wants a plan that survives the airport

The clock actually works here

UAE is one hour behind us. Saudi Arabia and Qatar are two hours behind. Our Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm Multan window is 1pm to 5pm in Dubai and 12pm to 4pm in Riyadh and Doha. Friday afternoon is often the calmest: many Gulf schools are off, and we are open. Saturday and Sunday we are closed. Sunday is an ordinary working day for you and a closed day for us — we will not book it. Detail: time zones.

School, insurance, and what we will not write

We cannot complete a KHDA or ADEK inclusion file, stamp an insurance claim as a local provider, or replace a licensed speech therapist in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. We can coach you in Urdu on the same goals a local therapist set, and give you a plain summary of what we see. If the school wants a locally licensed report, that is a local clinician.

Hearing, glue ear and an open mouth still need ENT where you live. Glue ear. Swallow safety is a hospital, not a video call.

A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. Message WhatsApp +92 301 6424265 with your city and your child’s age. Bacha bolta nahi is enough to start.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are you licensed in Dubai or Riyadh?

No. We have no Gulf branch and no DHA, DoH or SCH licence. We coach parents online from Multan. Formal reports for school or insurance belong with a locally licensed clinician.

What time can we book from the UAE or Qatar?

Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm Pakistan time: 1pm to 5pm in Dubai, 12pm to 4pm in Doha and Riyadh. Friday afternoon is often easiest. Saturday and Sunday we are closed.

Will this be covered by my insurance?

Usually not, because we are not a local provider. Check your plan. Do not assume a Multan invoice will be reimbursed.

My child’s school wants an English report.

We can write a plain-language summary of what we see. We cannot produce a KHDA, ADEK or Ministry document. If the school requires a locally licensed assessment, use a clinician in your city.

We might move back to Pakistan. Do sessions stop?

No. Because we sit in Multan, coaching can continue through a visit or a move, and some families come in person while they are here.

How much is a first call?

A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes, on video, in Urdu or English.
