How do I book an appointment at Inclusive Therapy Center in Multan?

To book an appointment at Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center, send a WhatsApp message to +92 314 6040262, call the same number, or fill in the short form on this page and tap send. Your first consultation is free. We are on MPS Road, Block A Model Town, Multan (near Bloomfield Hall School, Street No. 2), open Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

There is no referral letter to collect, no paperwork to post and no diagnosis needed before you can talk to us. Most families message on WhatsApp simply because it is the easiest thing to do one-handed at the end of a long day — and because you can see exactly what you have said before you send it. If you would rather look around before getting in touch, start with everything we do at our children’s therapy centre in Multan.

WhatsApp par apne bachay ke baare mein chhota sa message bhejein — hum aam tor par usi din jawab dete hain, aur aap hum se Urdu mein baat kar sakte hain.

What happens after you tap send?

Nothing dramatic, and nothing you have to pay for to find out. Here is the whole path from your message to your child’s plan, so none of it is a surprise.

From your first message to your child’s plan — you can stop at any step.

You are allowed to get off that path at any point, and plenty of families do. Sometimes a free consultation ends with us saying your child looks fine for their age and to come back if anything changes. We would rather tell you that than sell you sessions your child does not need.

Do I need a diagnosis or a doctor’s referral first?

No. You do not need a doctor’s referral, a diagnosis or a hospital report to book a consultation with us. Most families come to us directly, with nothing more than a worry they cannot shake off. If your child is already seeing a paediatrician or another therapist, we are happy to work alongside them.

What helps us far more than paperwork is your own description. You know your child better than any report does, and “he understands everything but he won’t say it” tells a therapist a great deal.

How to make the free consultation count

You do not have to prepare anything at all. But parents who jot a few things down first tend to get more out of the conversation, because the time goes on their child instead of on reconstructing dates.

  • The three things that worry you most, in the order they worry you — not in the order they happened.
  • When you first noticed, and whether it has stayed the same, improved, or slipped backwards since.
  • Roughly how many words your child uses. If you speak more than one language at home, count them together: a child growing up with Urdu, Saraiki, Punjabi and English has one vocabulary spread across those languages, and mixing them is normal, not a cause of delay.
  • Anything already checked — a hearing test, a paediatrician’s opinion, a school report. Hearing is worth ruling out early whenever speech is the concern.
  • What your child is good at and loves. Parents are often surprised we ask. Therapy is built on what a child already enjoys, so this shapes the first sessions more than the list of worries does.

If you would rather write it down properly, our getting-to-know-your-child form walks you through the same ground at your own pace. It is optional, and there are no right answers.

Not sure your child needs therapy at all?

You do not have to be sure before you get in touch. A free consultation is just as good a way of being told your child is developing normally. If we do not think your child needs therapy, we will say so — that is a perfectly common outcome of a first conversation.

If you would like to think it through on your own first, two things on this site are built for exactly that moment:

And if today has simply been a hard day, these little reminders were written for you rather than for your child. Whenever you are ready, the form at the top of this page takes about a minute — or call us on +92 314 6040262.

FAQ

Booking questions parents ask us

How quickly will you reply to my message?

We usually reply on WhatsApp the same day. Our hours are Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, so a message sent late at night or on a Sunday is answered when we next open. If something feels urgent, calling +92 314 6040262 is faster than waiting for a reply.

Can I just call instead of filling in the form?

Of course. The form only exists to save you typing — it writes the WhatsApp message for you. If you would rather talk to a person, call or WhatsApp +92 314 6040262 during opening hours and tell us what is worrying you. Nobody will push you to book anything on that call.

We live outside Multan, or abroad. Can the consultation be online?

Yes. Choose “Online” in the form and add your city and time zone, and we arrange a video consultation at a time that works where you are. Online consultations run in English or Urdu. Families across South Punjab who would rather travel in for the first meeting are just as welcome — tell us which you prefer.

My child already has a diagnosis. Is a consultation still the right first step?

Yes. When a diagnosis already exists, the consultation is about what to do with it: which support fits your child now, what to work on first, and what you can start at home. Mention any reports you have when you message. Our first guide for parents after a diagnosis is worth reading before we speak.

What if I do not know what to write?

One sentence is enough. “My son is 3 and only says a few words” tells us plenty to begin with. You do not need the right terms, a diagnosis or a tidy history — we will ask the rest gently when we talk, and leaving a box blank is completely fine.

Is anything I type on this page private?

Nothing you type here is sent anywhere until you tap the button. The form simply writes the message into WhatsApp on your own phone or computer, so you can read it, change it or delete it before sending. Nothing is stored on this website. Our privacy notice explains how we handle what you do share with us.

Are female therapists available?

Yes. Our founder and lead speech and language therapist, Mahnoor Baloch, is a woman, and so are both of our ABA therapists. If you would prefer a female therapist for your child, say so in your message and we will tell you what we can arrange.

How much will it cost, and when will I know?

The first consultation is free and you will not be asked to commit to anything during it. Any fee is explained before therapy begins, once we understand what your child actually needs — how our fees work sets that out in full. Ask about money in your very first message if you want to; it is a normal question and nobody minds.
