Child therapy in Multan
If you’re looking for speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism support or learning help for your child in Multan, you’re in the right place. Inclusive brings every therapy together under one roof in Model Town, led by an experienced, caring team.
Finding the right help for your child in Multan can feel overwhelming — different clinics, long waits, and repeating your story again and again. Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center was created to be different: a single, welcoming place on MPS Road, Block A, Model Town where speech, behavioural and learning support all work together around one child.
Founded in 2025 and led by a speech and language therapist with five years’ experience, backed by a qualified, multidisciplinary team, we support families from across Multan — with no referral needed and no pressure, ever.
Plenty of parents explain it to us in Urdu first — bacha bolta nahi, saaf nahi bolta, aik jagah nahi baithta. That is exactly the right way to tell us. Sessions and parent coaching run in Urdu or English, whichever language your child hears most at home, and گویائی کا علاج — speech and language therapy — is where most families start.
Which therapies can my child have in Multan?
Whatever your child needs, our specialists work together so you get joined-up care in one trusted place. Not sure which one fits? Our guide to which therapy your child needs walks through it in plain language.
What happens after you get in touch?
After you get in touch, we arrange a free first consultation — a friendly conversation about what you’ve noticed. If it makes sense, we book a play-based assessment of around 45 to 60 minutes. You then get a plan in plain language: the goals, which therapy, and how often.
In that assessment we’re watching ordinary things, not testing your child: how they take a turn, whether they look at you before they reach for something, how they handle a change of activity, which sounds they can and can’t make, how they hold a pencil or a spoon. Most of it looks like play, because it is.
What usually shifts first is not a flood of words. It’s attention, then turn-taking, then imitation — and only then new sounds and words. Knowing that order stops the third week feeling like failure.
Something you can try tomorrow morning: spend ten minutes on the floor, at your child’s eye level, and copy what they do instead of asking questions. Copying invites a child to respond; a run of questions usually shuts the conversation down.
The full journey — reaching out, assessment, plan, sessions, reviews and graduation — is set out on our step-by-step guide to how therapy works, and how we handle fees explains the free first consultation and why we don’t publish a fixed price list.
Which difficulties do you support in Multan?
Not sure any of these labels fit? Most parents arrive with a worry, not a diagnosis — the common situations parents describe to us may sound more like your child. If your child has recently been given a diagnosis, start with what to do in the first weeks after a diagnosis.

How do I book an appointment at your Multan centre?
Call, text or WhatsApp +92 314 6040262 and tell us what you’ve noticed — that’s the whole booking process. There’s no form to fill in first. We aim to see new families quickly, often within a few days. We’re on MPS Road, Block A, Model Town, Multan, near Bloomfield Hall School, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Is there an autism centre in Multan?
Yes. We run a full autism support programme in Multan: developmental assessment, speech and communication work, behaviour and ABA-based support, special education and school readiness, plus coaching so you can carry it on at home. You don’t need a diagnosis to start. If your child doesn’t have one yet and you want clarity, an assessment is usually the first step.
What happens in the first visit, and what should I bring?
Your first consultation is free and unhurried — we listen to what’s worrying you and answer your questions. If an assessment makes sense, it usually takes around 45 to 60 minutes and is play-based, so your child stays comfortable. Bring anything that tells their story: notes on milestones, previous reports, hearing or vision results, and a favourite toy.
How much does child therapy cost in Multan?
Your first consultation is free, so you can meet us and ask questions before spending anything. After that, fees depend on the type and number of sessions your child actually needs, which we only know once we’ve assessed them. We share clear fee information upfront, before you commit to anything, and we never recommend more sessions than your child genuinely needs.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to visit?
No. You can contact us directly, with no referral or paperwork needed. If we ever feel your child would benefit from a doctor or another specialist — a hearing test, for example — we’ll tell you plainly and help you take that step rather than keep you in therapy that isn’t the right fit.
Do you offer therapy in Urdu?
Yes. We work with families in both Urdu and English, and we follow the language your child hears most at home. If your child is growing up with two languages, count words from both — an Urdu word and an English word each count, and mixing them is normal. Growing up bilingual does not cause speech delay.
What ages do you work with?
We support children from around 12 months up to 16 years, depending on the service. Early support tends to work best, so if you have any concern at any age, an early check is worthwhile. If your child is older than 16, contact us anyway and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can we have sessions online if we can’t travel to Multan?
Yes. Alongside in-person sessions at our Model Town centre, we work online with families across Pakistan and abroad — speech and language therapy, behaviour support, learning help and parent coaching, in Urdu or English. Online suits parent coaching and home programmes especially well. If your child needs hands-on work, we’ll say so.

There are many more answers in our full list of parent questions, and on the days when all of this feels heavy, our little reminders for the hard days are there for you rather than your child.
