We’re here to help. Let’s talk.
Our children’s therapy centre is on MPS Road, Block A Model Town, Multan (near Bloomfield Hall School, Street No. 2), open Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM. Call, text or WhatsApp +92 314 6040262 about speech, behaviour, learning or an assessment — or simply to ask whether what you’re noticing is worth worrying about.
🚑 In an emergency — if your child is in immediate danger, has hurt themselves, or is seriously unwell — call your local emergency number or go to your nearest emergency department now. (In Pakistan, dial 1122.) We are a therapy centre (open Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM), not an emergency service.
You don’t have to be in Multan. We run online therapy sessions and parent coaching for families worldwide, plus teacher training & curriculum design for schools (see our services for schools & institutions). Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange an online consultation in your time zone.
How to contact us
WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach our children’s therapy centre in Multan: message +92 314 6040262 and you’ll usually hear back the same day we’re open. The same number takes calls and texts, and you can write in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu. You are not booking anything by asking a question.

Where exactly is the centre, and how do I find it?
Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center is on MPS Road, Block A, Model Town, Multan — Street No. 2, near Bloomfield Hall School. If you are directing a rickshaw or taxi driver, Bloomfield Hall School on MPS Road is the landmark to ask for. Send us a WhatsApp and we will drop you a live map pin, or use the map below.
When are you open?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed on Sunday. Sessions and visits are arranged inside those hours. You can send a WhatsApp, an SMS or an email at any hour, including Sunday — we read it and reply when the centre next opens.
What happens after you message us?
You get a reply on WhatsApp, usually the same day we are open. Nobody pushes you towards booking. We ask what you have been noticing, answer your questions in plain language, and explain any cost before you agree to a session. Your first conversation with us is free.
It helps if your first message tells us three things:
- Your child’s age — in years and months for under-threes, because a lot changes between 18 months and 3 years.
- What you have noticed — a sentence is enough. “He has about ten words at two and a half.” “She gets stuck on the first sound.” “He won’t sit for anything.”
- In person or online — at the centre in Model Town, or by video from wherever you are.
You do not need a doctor’s referral or a diagnosis to start. If you would rather think it through on paper first, our getting-to-know-your-child form covers everything we would normally ask at a first visit. If cost is the question on your mind, read how our fees and free first consultation work before you message.
Not ready to message yet? That’s completely fine.
Plenty of parents read for a few weeks before they get in touch. These are the pages they usually start with.
Common questions about contacting us
How do I book an appointment for my child?
Call, text or WhatsApp +92 314 6040262 and tell us your child’s age and what you’ve noticed. We answer your questions first, then offer a time — in person at Model Town, Multan, or online by video. The booking form on this site does the same thing: it opens WhatsApp with your message already written.
Do I need a doctor’s referral or a diagnosis first?
No. You can come straight to us with no referral, no diagnosis and no paperwork. Most parents get in touch simply because something doesn’t feel quite right. If your child already has a report or a diagnosis, bring it — it saves time. And if we don’t think your child needs therapy, we will say so.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. Your first chat with us is free and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards. Tell us what you are seeing at home, ask whatever you want to ask, and we will be straight with you about what would actually help. Anything that would involve a cost is explained before you commit to a session.
How quickly will someone reply to my message?
WhatsApp is the quickest route, and you will usually hear back the same day within our opening hours of Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM. Messages that arrive late in the evening or on a Sunday are answered when the centre next opens. If your child is unwell or unsafe right now, please call 1122 or go to your nearest emergency department instead.
What should I write in my first message?
Three things are plenty: your child’s age, a sentence or two about what you have noticed, and whether you would rather meet in Multan or online. You do not need the right words — “my three-year-old isn’t talking yet” tells us a lot. What you share is kept confidential to the team working with your child.
Can I message you in Urdu?
Yes. Write to us in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English, whichever comes more naturally — اردو میں بھی لکھ سکتے ہیں. Sessions and parent coaching run in English or Urdu too, so you can describe your worry in your own words instead of translating it first.
We are not in Multan — can we still see you?
Yes. We run online therapy sessions and parent coaching by video for families across Pakistan and abroad, arranged around your time zone. The centre also serves families travelling in from Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Khanewal, Vehari and across South Punjab. Message us and we will say honestly which would suit your child better.
Questions about therapy itself — assessments, how long it takes, what happens in a session — are answered in our full parents’ FAQ.
