Which of these specialists work at our centre in Model Town, Multan?
At our centre on MPS Road in Model Town, Multan, these roles sit under one roof: speech and language therapy, clinical and child psychology, behaviour (ABA) therapy, and special education, which our founder leads herself. We do not employ a licensed occupational therapist, so we never describe our motor and handwriting work as occupational therapy.
- Mahnoor Baloch Speech & Language Therapist & Special Educator · Founder
- Muhammad Salman Afzal Clinical & Child Psychologist
- Atika Zainab ABA Therapist
- Noor Fatima ABA Therapist
That means the handwriting, coordination and self-care row above is covered here as practical skill-building by the special education and ABA team — real, useful work, but not licensed occupational therapy. Where a child needs a hands-on OT, we say so and point you to one. Full qualifications, degrees and awarding institutions for each person are on our about the team page.
One team, one plan — not five separate ones
We work as a multidisciplinary team, which simply means the people involved in your child’s care share notes and pull towards one plan, instead of working in separate boxes that never quite join up. In practice you get one set of goals, one progress review, and one person you can ask.
What if the words in your head are Urdu, not English?
Sessions run in Urdu or English — whichever your child hears most at home. If the sentence you would actually say is mera bacha bolta nahi (my child doesn’t talk), start with the speech & language therapist (اسپیچ تھیراپسٹ). If it is bacha aik jagah nahi baithta (he won’t sit in one place), start with the behaviour therapist or the child psychologist (بچوں کا ماہر نفسیات). You do not need the clinical word for it — describing it in your own words is enough.
