Privacy Policy
What we collect, who ever sees it, and why your child’s answers in our free tools never leave your device.
This is the privacy policy for Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center, a children’s therapy centre in Model Town, Multan. In short: we collect only what you choose to tell us, we never sell it, we never pass it to advertisers, and everything your child enters in our free online tools stays on your own device.
When you share information about your child, you are placing real trust in us. This page explains what happens to that information in plain language — the same language we would use if you asked us in the room.
What information do you collect about my child?
We collect only what you choose to give us: your name and contact details, and what you tell us about your child’s development. That comes from your phone call, SMS, WhatsApp message or email, and from what you share during an assessment or a therapy session. We do not buy information about you from anybody else.
In practice, that means information reaches us in three ways:
- You contact us by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- You use the “Book a Consultation” button, which opens WhatsApp on your own phone with a message you can read, edit or delete before you send it.
- You attend an assessment or therapy session, and tell us about your child’s history, development and daily life.
You can read every page on this site — the little reminders for parents, the everyday scenes in common situations at home, or what to do when your child has just been diagnosed — without giving us your name, creating an account, or telling us anything at all.
What do you use my information for?
Only for your child’s care and for answering you:
- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- To arrange appointments and carry out assessment and therapy
- To plan the right support for your child and adjust it as they change
- To keep you updated on your child’s progress
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not use your child’s details or story to advertise the centre.
Who else can see my child’s information?
Only the people directly involved in your child’s care — the therapist who sees them and the colleagues working on their plan. Information about a child is treated as confidential, used solely to understand and support that child, and shared only as far as their care actually requires. It is not discussed with other families and it is not sold.
If you want us to talk to a school, a doctor or another therapist, tell us and we will. If you would rather we did not, that is your call and it changes nothing about the therapy your child receives.
There is one exception that any responsible children’s service has to keep, and we would rather say it out loud than bury it: safety. If we believed a child was at risk of serious harm, we could not promise to stay silent. That is rare, and wherever it is safe to do so we would talk to you about it first.
Do my child’s answers in your free tools leave my device?
No. The free milestone check never asks for a name and saves nothing at all. Grow home programs save your child’s first name, age and progress in your own browser, on your own device — none of it is sent to us. There is no account to close, and clearing your browser data deletes it.
Optional backup and sync (off by default). If — and only if — you choose to turn on backup and sync in Grow, a copy of your Grow data is stored on our server so it can follow you to your other devices. Before it leaves your device it is encrypted with a key made from your own secret backup code, which we never receive. The stored copy is therefore unreadable to us and to anyone else. We hold no name, no email and no account for it — only encrypted data under an anonymous identifier. You can delete that copy from inside Grow at any time, and it stays off unless you switch it on.
What happens to a WhatsApp message I send you?
The “Book a Consultation” button does not send anything to this website. It opens WhatsApp on your own phone with a message already typed, which you can change or delete before sending. Nothing reaches us until you press send. After that, the message sits in our WhatsApp chat with you, like any other chat.
WhatsApp itself is run by Meta under its own terms, not ours — the same as any message you send from your phone. If you would rather not use it, you can call, send an SMS, email us, or come to the centre. Our contact page has directions and timings.
Does this website track me?
Only in an anonymous, aggregate way. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to count page views, so we can see which pages actually help parents. It sets a cookie in your browser and tells us how many people read a page — not who they are. It never sees your child’s check or Grow answers, because those never leave your device.
There are no advertising trackers, no retargeting pixels and no data sales on this site. If your browser or an extension blocks analytics, nothing runs and the site works exactly the same — no page is hidden from you for turning it off.
How long do you keep it, and how do you keep it safe?
We take reasonable steps to keep what you share confidential and secure, and we keep it only for as long as we need it to support your child and to meet our professional record-keeping responsibilities. When it is no longer needed for either, it goes.
The Grow backup is different by design: because it is encrypted before it leaves your device, its safety does not depend on us at all. If our server copy were ever exposed, it would still be unreadable without your code — which is also why we cannot recover your data if you lose that code.
Can I see, correct or delete what you hold?
Yes. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Call or WhatsApp and tell us what you want done. We will act on it, except where we must keep a minimum professional record of care we have already provided.
You never have to explain why. “I would rather you did not keep that” is a complete reason.

Privacy questions parents ask us
The practical questions — names, sharing, photographs, deleting a backup — answered plainly.
Do I have to enter my child’s real name to use the free tools?
No. The free milestone check asks only about what your child does — it never asks for a name and it saves nothing at all. Grow asks for a first name and age so the plan can talk about your child properly, but that stays in your own browser on your own device. A nickname or initial works just as well.
Do I have to give my child’s details before I can ask you a question?
No. You can call or message and describe what is worrying you without giving a name, a date of birth or a diagnosis. Plenty of parents ring us just to ask whether something is worth worrying about. We only need details when you decide to go ahead with an assessment or a session.
Will you share my child’s information with their school or doctor?
Only if you ask us to, or where a child’s safety makes it necessary. If you want us to speak to a teacher, a paediatrician or another therapist, tell us and we will. If you would rather we did not, that is equally fine and it changes nothing about your child’s therapy with us.
Someone else in the family wants to know about the sessions. What do you do?
Please tell us at the start who may be given information about your child, and we will follow that. We discuss a child’s therapy with the parent or guardian involved in their care, not with whoever asks. If your family situation is complicated, say so early — it is far easier to agree up front than halfway through.
Do you use photographs, videos or case stories of children?
No. There is not a single photograph of a child anywhere on this website, and we do not use children’s pictures, videos or stories in our marketing. If there is ever a clinical reason to photograph or record something in a session, we will ask you first, and you can say no without it affecting your child’s care.
How do I delete the backup copy of my Grow data?
Open Grow on a device where your progress is loaded, go to the backup and sync section, and choose to delete the cloud backup. That removes the stored copy. Clearing your browser data removes the copy on your device. Because the backup is locked with a code only you hold, it was never readable by us in the first place.
Will you add me to a marketing or broadcast list?
No. There is no newsletter, no mailing list and no broadcast list on this site. If you message us, we reply about your question and your child, and that is where it ends. We do not sell or rent your details and we do not pass them to advertisers. Any contact from us is about your appointment or your child’s therapy.
