Online art-based coaching
Online, we coach you through one material and one goal at your table. It is not registered art therapy, and we will not sell a gallery class over video.
Written by the Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center therapy team — our Speech & Language Therapist, psychology and ABA staff. This page is awaiting its clinical review.
What video is genuinely good for
A sit that lasts. A request for a colour. A mark that is allowed to end. Parent coaching in Urdu or English. Pillar: art-based therapy — honest that we have no registered art therapist.
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. Complementary to anything local. Not a branch.
What we will not pretend
We do not diagnose through drawings. We do not run psychotherapy-by-paint. If the wall is sensory load or a behaviour function, we point to sensory support or ABA.
How to start from another city or country
WhatsApp the child’s age, the worry, and your city. We reply in Urdu or English. Keep any local waiting-list place you already have. A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. One centre: Model Town, Multan. No branch in your city.
What we will not stretch the label to fit
Trauma work, arts psychotherapy, a clinical hand assessment. We refer. One centre: Model Town. Online therapy.
The idea behind the work (in the books)
Video can coach the sit and the request. We still do not become a registered art therapist on Zoom.
Bandura — watch the parent prompt
We watch you set one material and one goal. The child does not have to perform a picture for the camera.
Lowenfeld — observation, not a test
A scribble on video is still a sit. We do not grade it.
What the research tells us
This isn’t just our opinion — it’s grounded in published research. Here are a few findings from trusted, independent sources:
Novak and Honan’s systematic review of paediatric occupational therapy found strong evidence that task-specific handwriting practice improves handwriting. That is about repeated, specific practice of the skill — not a claim that Inclusive delivers licensed occupational therapy.

Big movements, small ones, and everyday self-care.

Online — questions parents ask
Do you have a clinic in my city?
No. One centre, MPS Road, Model Town, Multan. Online is the same team on video.
What do I need on the call?
A phone, a quiet-enough room, and the toy, snack or routine that usually fails. The child does not always have to sit on camera.
Will this replace local services?
No. Complementary. Not an EHCP, IEP or NDIS assessment, and not a licence in your country.
How much?
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes, wherever you are. Ongoing fees are explained after we understand the plan.
Is this art therapy online?
No. We do not employ a registered art therapist in the room or on video. We coach sitting, requesting and a finished mark.
