Online autism support and parent coaching
Online autism support is coaching you through looking, requesting and the routine that fails, in your language, from Multan. It is not a diagnosis, and it is not a branch in your city.
Written by the Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center therapy team — our Speech & Language Therapist, psychology and ABA staff. This page is awaiting its clinical review.
What travels
Parent-mediated work: pausing, requesting, first-then, recovering from a change. Urdu or English. Families in the UK, Gulf, North America, Australia, and across Pakistan. Worldwide. Keep your local paediatrician and school pathway.
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. Complementary, not statutory. We will not write an EHCP or NDIS plan.
What does not
A diagnostic assessment for a foreign system. Hands-on sensory or motor work we cannot see. A crisis. We say so in the first call.
Keep any local waiting-list place
We are complementary, not an EHCP, IEP or NDIS assessment, and not a licence in your country. One centre: Model Town, Multan. Worldwide.
The idea behind the work (in the books)
Parent coaching and language work transfer to video. Hands-on sensory work usually does not.
NICE — parent mediation
Pre-school social-communication work is parent-mediated. Video is a reasonable way to coach you.
Oono Cochrane — interaction first
The strong finding is how you and your child interact. That can be coached on a call.
What the research tells us
This isn’t just our opinion — it’s grounded in published research. Here are a few findings from trusted, independent sources:
NICE CG170 recommends a play-based social-communication intervention with parents, carers and teachers to increase joint attention, engagement and reciprocal communication, adjusted to the child’s developmental level. For pre-school children it recommends parent mediation.
— NICE Clinical Guideline CG170 — Autism spectrum disorder in under 19s: support and management. View sourceA Cochrane review of parent-mediated early intervention (17 trials, 919 children) found strong evidence that parent–child interaction changes — more shared attention, more parent synchrony. Evidence that the child’s own language and adaptive skills change was smaller and less certain.

Online — questions parents ask
Can you diagnose autism online?
No. We do not diagnose in the room either. We can help you decide whether to seek a local diagnostic pathway.
Do you only work with Pakistani families abroad?
No. Any family we share a language with — English or Urdu.
Branch?
One centre. Model Town, Multan.
What should I have ready?
The routine that fails, and a toy they will actually touch. The child does not have to sit on camera.
Can you diagnose autism on Zoom?
No. We do not diagnose. We can say what we see and whether a local diagnostic pathway is the next step.
