Online developmental assessment and first look
Online, we can listen, watch play on camera or on a clip you send, and tell you the honest next step. We cannot do a hands-on physical look through a phone, and we will not fake one.

What online is good for
A first consultation. Sorting “watch and wait” from “book a hearing test” from “start coaching now”. Watching a parent and child in their own room. Urdu or English, families in Pakistan and abroad. Worldwide.
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. Complementary to local paediatrics. Not a statutory diagnosis abroad.
What we will send you to locally
Hearing. Vision. A medical look at lost skills, seizures, one side of the body working differently. Hands-on motor assessment when the video is not enough. We would rather name that in minute twenty than sell you a month.

Hearing. Vision. Lost skills, seizures, one side of the body working differently. Complementary, not a statutory diagnosis abroad. Online therapy.
The idea behind the work (in the books)
The parent interview and the history work on video. Movement, play and attention are more accurate in the room.
AAP — screening is not a full exam
Online we can sort “watch and wait” from “book a hearing test” from “start coaching”. We cannot do a hands-on physical look through a phone.
Oono — parent interaction on camera
Watching you and your child in your own room is often more informative than a tidy performance in ours.
What the research tells us
This isn’t just our opinion — it’s grounded in published research. Here are a few findings from trusted, independent sources:
The American Academy of Pediatrics reports that identifying autism and developmental differences early, and starting support sooner, improves communication, social and behavioural outcomes — with parents at the centre of effective programmes.
— American Academy of Pediatrics — Hyman, Levy and Myers, Pediatrics (2020). View sourceA Cochrane review of parent-mediated early intervention (17 trials, 919 children) found strong evidence that parent–child interaction changes — more shared attention, more parent synchrony. Evidence that the child’s own language and adaptive skills change was smaller and less certain.

Online — questions parents ask
Can you diagnose autism on Zoom?
No. We do not diagnose. We can say what we see and whether a local diagnostic pathway is the next step.
What should I send before the call?
Age, the worry in one sentence, and a short video of ordinary play if you have one.
Branch in my city?
No. Model Town, Multan, and video.
Will this replace our NHS / IEP assessment?
No. Keep that place. Tell them what you are doing with us.
