Online sensory coaching
Online, we coach the jumper, the blender, the canteen fear, the 4pm crash. We cannot run sensory integration therapy through a phone, and we will not sell you a gym from another continent.
Written by the Inclusive Developmental and Therapy Center therapy team — our Speech & Language Therapist, psychology and ABA staff. This page is awaiting its clinical review.
What we can coach
Routines, clothing, warnings, recovery, homework after a noisy day. Urdu or English. Worldwide. Complementary to local OT.
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. Not licensed SI. Not a branch.
What we will send you locally
A licensed OT, an audiologist, a paediatrician, when the video is the wrong tool. Honesty is the offer.
What we will send you to locally
A licensed OT, a gym, a medical look at pain or hearing. Online therapy, honest scope.
What a useful call actually contains
Show us the jumper, the lunch box, or the corner they recover in. We change one thing: a warning before the blender, a different sock, a shorter homework burst. We do not pretend a video call is a sensory gym — we do not have one in Multan either. If a licensed occupational therapist is what they need, we say so and help you look. Motor skills online is the sibling page when the wall is buttons and handwriting, not sound and cloth.
Keep any local paediatric or OT waiting-list place. Complementary, not a licence in your country. Contact owner Muhammad Salman Afzal first. Pillar: sensory support.
The idea behind the work (in the books)
We can watch clothes, meals and recovery on a call. We cannot run a sensory gym through a phone — and we do not have one here either.
Ayres honesty on video
Video does not turn us into occupational therapists. Practical coaching of one change this week can still help.
Parent mediation
You are in the room where the jumper fails. We watch you try one change.
What the research tells us
This isn’t just our opinion — it’s grounded in published research. Here are a few findings from trusted, independent sources:
Novak and Honan’s systematic review of paediatric occupational therapy found strong evidence that task-specific handwriting practice improves handwriting. That is about repeated, specific practice of the skill — not a claim that Inclusive delivers licensed occupational therapy.

Take a worksheet home
Print one sheet. Fill it in this week. Bring it to the consultation — a consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes.
Sensory checklist
What they seek, what they avoid, over ordinary days. Not a diagnosis.
Calm-down plan
A short sequence for after a flood, not a lecture in the middle of one.
Sensory home program (PDF)
One change this week, not a shopping list.
Book a consultation
Contact owner Muhammad Salman Afzal first. No referral needed. A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes.
Online — questions parents ask
Is this online occupational therapy?
No. Parent coaching for sensory and daily regulation, with the same limit as the Multan page.
Can you prescribe a sensory diet on Zoom?
We can suggest a few daily adjustments. We will not print a clinical sensory diet as if we were a licensed OT.
Branch?
One centre. Model Town, Multan.
What should I have ready?
The clothes, the snack, or the homework table that fails. A clip of the crash if you have one.
Can you do sensory integration online?
We do not deliver formal SI in the room or on video. We can coach practical regulation. Licensed OT is a referral.
