Online social-skills coaching
Online social-skills work is usually coaching you through a game at home, not a child performing friendship on camera for a stranger.

What video is genuinely good for
Turn-taking with a sibling. A script to join a game. Recovering when they lose. Parent in the room. Pillar: social skills, teen friendships.
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. Complementary to school social groups where you live — not a replacement for peers.
What we will not pretend
A child who needs a real peer in the room. We cannot invent a classmate on Zoom. When that is the next step, we say so.
How to start from another city or country
WhatsApp the child’s age, the worry, and your city. We reply in Urdu or English. Keep any local waiting-list place you already have. A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes. One centre: Model Town, Multan. No branch in your city.
What we will not pretend
A Zoom group is not a playground. If they need a peer in the room, we say so. Online therapy.
The idea behind the work (in the books)
Video can coach the script and watch you play with your child. A peer is harder.
Oono — interaction changes first
Online we can change how you start a game. We cannot put a classmate on the call.
NICE — parent then peer mediation
Parent mediation transfers to video. Peer mediation usually does not.
What the research tells us
This isn’t just our opinion — it’s grounded in published research. Here are a few findings from trusted, independent sources:
A Cochrane review of parent-mediated early intervention (17 trials, 919 children) found strong evidence that parent–child interaction changes — more shared attention, more parent synchrony. Evidence that the child’s own language and adaptive skills change was smaller and less certain.
— Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews — Oono, Honey and McConachie (2013), CD009774. View sourceNICE CG170 recommends a play-based social-communication intervention with parents, carers and teachers to increase joint attention, engagement and reciprocal communication, adjusted to the child’s developmental level. For pre-school children it recommends parent mediation.

Requesting cards
Help, more, finished, stop, my turn, can I play — a faster ask than screaming.
First–then board
The hard moment, then the promised good thing — set out before the fight starts.

Online — questions parents ask
Do you have a clinic in my city?
No. One centre, MPS Road, Model Town, Multan. Online is the same team on video.
What do I need on the call?
A phone, a quiet-enough room, and the toy, snack or routine that usually fails. The child does not always have to sit on camera.
Will this replace local services?
No. Complementary. Not an EHCP, IEP or NDIS assessment, and not a licence in your country.
How much?
A consultation is Rs 1,500 and lasts up to 50 minutes, wherever you are. Ongoing fees are explained after we understand the plan.
Can you do social-skills group online?
Not as the first move, and not as a substitute for one peer in the room. We will say if video is the wrong tool.
